Print on a home printer.
Printing the free 2023 calendar is easy because the PDF file is designed to print on standard 8.5x11 paper. Just send it to your home printer and, if you prefer, print front-to-back to save paper.
I recommend using sturdy weight paper (I use 32-pound Hammermill Premium Paper and order it on Amazon) rather than standard 20-pound copy paper so writing doesn't bleed through and the paper will stand up to lots of handling. After all, a calendar is meant to be viewed and used!
Punch holes in the printed calendar using a standard 3-hole punch and add to a 3-ring binder. Or you can use a disc-bound system, like the Big Happy Planner which is 8.5x11 size.
Print at a copy or office store.
If you don’t have a home printer, you can easily send the PDF file to a store that offers printing services like the UPS Store, Office Depot, FedEx Print-and-Ship locations, or use a printer at a public library.
