Pumpkin Spice Banana Ice Cream Recipe with Cinnamon-Spiced Pecans and Pepitas
Yay for Pumpkin Spice Banana “Ice Cream”! I used a Yonanas machine to make this delicious (and healthy) fall pumpkin treat and no added sugar is necessary. Eat on it’s own, or top with Cinnamon Spiced Pecans and Pepitas.
Pumpkin Spice Banana Ice Cream with Cinnamon-Spiced Pecans and Pepitas
First make the spiced pumpkins and pepitas. You can totally make extra and eat for a yummy treat, or sprinkle on yogurt, oatmeal, or even roasted sweet potatoes as a delicious garnish. Then use a Yonanas machine (or food processor) to make the Pumpkin-Spice Banana Ice Cream. Sprinkle the pepitas and pecans over the top, drizzle with a little maple syrup if you like, and enjoy!
I used my Yonanas machine which turns frozen bananas into a creamy “ice cream.” You can also use a food processor, but the texture won’t be as creamy as traditional ice cream.
I bought my Yonanas machine on Amazon. There is a fancy version available now, but I have the inexpensive “classic” model which is about $39 on Amazon. You can check the current price here: Yonanas Classic
