No-Bake Protein Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
I love recipes that are super simple to put together, taste great and pack a flavorful punch! These Protein Peanut Butter balls fit the bill. They are delicious and you can enjoy them guilt-free (in moderation of course)! They remind me of the filling of a Reese's peanut butter cup, but with the consistency of cookie dough. Doesn't get better than that!
Easy No-Bake Protein Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
Yield: 26 protein balls

These simple-to-make peanut butter balls remind me of the filling of a Reese's peanut butter cup. Enjoy guilt-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (I usual natural peanut butter, no sugar added)
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and order from Amazon)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until a thick dough forms. Consistency should be similar to dry play dough.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form into small (approximately 1-inch diameter) balls. My recipe made 26 balls and the nutrition information I've provided is based on 26 servings. Store protein balls in the refrigerator.
Variation
- Try using chocolate Shakeology or other flavored protein powder. Roll balls in coconut, cocoa powder, or powdered sugar. Dip in melted dark, milk, or white chocolate, or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
