What is YouV2?
YouV2 is a fun cardio dance workout that is super simple to follow.

YouV2 Workouts
Leandro Carvalho is your trainer.
Leandro designed this workout program and he will be your personal dance instructor and motivational BFF. He's known for creating the super popular Brazil Butt Lift video program. Leandro is personable, fun and incredibly motivating. Oh, and just a bit goofy. You will feel like he is your very own fitness cheerleader.
YouV2 has six low-impact, fun, dance workouts.
No dance experience? No problem. Leandro breaks down all the movements so you will never feel lost or uncoordinated. Start with the simple footwork and then add arms. Before long you will be dancing like a pro. And sweating off major calories too.
There are four dance workouts and two body-sculpting routines. All are low impact and around 30 minutes long so it's easy to squeeze some dancing in your day.
The music is ah-mazing.
You'll hear hits like Believe, Love Shack, She Works Hard for the Money, Hit Me with Your Best Shot, Let's Get Loud and Good Vibrations. Songs you can sing along to.
No equipment is needed.
Workout along with real ladies, just like you.
You will feel encouraged and supported by the ladies doing YouV2 workouts along with you and Leandro. They are real women who want to dance, have fun, and sweat off a few calories.
Intensify the workout if you need to.
If you want to take it up a notch, follow the Intensifier. One lady in each workout wears weighted gloves and makes each move bigger so she burns more calories and gets more out of each routine.

We've all done super strict diets which totally suck. Am I right? Prepare for a nice surprise. The YouV2 nutrition is purely playful. It is a simple approach to eating that will help you achieve your goals without the stress of a rigid meal plan.
The YouV2 Meal Guide is habit based ... and freaking awesome!
I am super stoked about the YouV2 meal plan. It is UNLIKE any other Beachbody program. You know, measuring food in containers, tracking portions, having a tiny little "legal" food list. There is no calorie counting and no complicated food plan to learn. Hallelujah for simplicity!
Start with 3 healthy habits.
You will begin the program making just three simple nutritional changes: drink more water, no eating after 8pm, and make one snack a healthy snack.
Then add one new healthy habit each week.
Continue these three habits during Week 2 and add a YouV2 breakfast. (See nutrition guide for yummy recipe selections.) Week 3 you'll add a YouV2 salad for lunch, and Week 4 you'll overhaul your dinner.
I really love this approach for so many reasons. I truly believe in the power of building healthy habits. I have seen lots of ladies embrace super strict diets only to give up after only a week or two - if they even make it that far. Then you are left, not only still overweight, but discouraged.
Finding a healthy weight - and maintaining it - is a lifelong commitment. I was a calorie counter for many years, but I can't imagine counting every single calorie I eat for the rest of my life, you know? But I can see myself - most of the time - eating a healthy breakfast each day. I can see myself stopping the snacking at 8pm. These simple dietary tweaks will give you results almost effortlessly.

Is Shakeology required?
Shakeology is the recommended healthy snack on YouV2. I drink it daily. Not because any program told me to, but because I notice a difference when I am filling my body with good things like greens, veggies, fruits and healthy fats. That's what Shakeology is. A real, whole foods shake, not a vitamin supplement.
So while Shakeology is recommended as the program, you are in 100% control of what you eat. I do recommend at least reading up on the benefits and making a decision that is best for you.
